[50% Fix]Summoned Water Elemental Spell

What should we do with this PET!
THIS STATS IS ONLY FOR TESTING SO THE DB WON'T GIVE U ANY ERRORS!!!
Check this out...this is not good stats...so don't add it to SDB, but is a workaround thing, so we can finish discussing this!

I have tested the spells...and they work perfect on the character(I have learned them for testing)
What we need is a scriptdev support...cyrex can u do that?
More than that ...on official his spells are affected by "coldsnap" from mage's spell...so with that spell he auto finish the cooldown of his(mage) and water Elemental spells also!

I am looking tommorow for his stats...and extra info if that can be found!

Also it needs a small code for one of the spells:
Waterbold - Instead of "Instant Cast" should be "2.5 sec cast"

Also we need someone to collect some info from official:
- melee dmg on cloth players
- melee dmg on armored players
- actual mana number
- actual hp number
- range
- speed
- size

In my research I found that the Water Elemental have only a percentage from his master stats!....but still not sure about his mana.

I manage to find that his Hp is about 2200 ...

Now we still need informations from above!
